🌁🌁 Hi Guys JD the Kid is in the house! I went to Turkey on a PRBOX press trip and guess what I saw so many great things. One of the main things that I love is history and boy has Turkey got lots of it. 🌁🌁
✈️✈️I was so intrigued by the Ottoman Empire and also how the Tomb Rocks came about, all year I have been studying different global histories and its all so cool learning about how the world evolved and how history has impacted the world. Whether it’s an ancient site that contradicts historical facts or the world’s second oldest railway, there’s a lot you don’t know about this wonderful place. ✈️✈️
✈️✈️As I have been learning about this, I was lucky enough to go on a press trip with PR Box to visit the Tomb Rocks and different areas of Turkey along the Turquoise coast here are some facts about Turkey if you want to learn more about the history too then check out our super cool videos going up next week. ✈️✈️

✈️✈️Tünel is the world’s second oldest underground railway - On January 17, 1875, the Tünel underground funicular began to operate, becoming the world’s second underground railway after the London Underground. Tünel continues to run between Beyoğlu and Karaköy and is one of the oldest surviving rail lines in continental Europe.✈️✈️
✈️✈️Turkey introduced tulips to the world - Even though no one knows where tulips are originally from, it’s certain that the Ottomans loved the flower and helped to make it popular all around Europe. ✈️✈️Agriculture began in Turkey - More than 11,000 years ago, inhabitants of Çatalhöyük, a large Neolithic and Chalcolithic settlement in south-central Turkey, were consuming crops such as wheat and barley, which historians accept as the earliest example of agriculture.✈️✈️
✈️✈️So now you know a bit about Turkey, let me tell you what I got up to on our trip - so we are touring the SW Coast of Turkey and its all good because at the end I will be able to see the great Tomb Rocks I cant wait! ✈️✈️
